Another Great Season Comes to an End
What a fantastic summer. We enjoyed sharing Southeast Alaska with the perfect balance of old friends and new guests. The summer provided us with some of the best fishing and the most prolific wildlife sightings ever. Whales were everywhere. The bears performed almost on demand. King salmon were more plentiful than at any time since we opened, with some local fish topping 50 pounds. We enjoyed plying the Inside Passage and the Pacific Ocean daily in search of awesome spectacles and endless fun. It seems we were at the glacier at least 3 or 4 times a week. And to top it off, the staff had to be one of the best ever assembled at a remote lodge. Thanks to everyone who made the summer all that it was.
