Kevin Gillespie is an Atlanta chef, restaurant owner, author, and TV host known for his fresh take on Southern food. In addition, he uses clean, honest ingredients and modern cooking methods. He also leads the Red Beard Restaurant Group and started the Defend Southern Food Foundation.
